With nearly 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries, Matt brings deep expertise in validation engineering and regulatory compliance. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, he is a recognized subject matter expert in qualification and process validation.
Matt has successfully partnered with cross-functional teams—including clients, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance—from initial concept design through full-scale production. His strong foundation in biochemistry enables him to navigate complex systems with precision, bridging the gap between technical execution and regulatory expectations.
Whether optimizing equipment qualification protocols or driving risk-based validation strategies, Matt delivers solutions that are scientifically sound, compliant, and scalable.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in automation and machine vision, Steve is a seasoned specialist in designing and implementing intelligent systems for advanced manufacturing environments. He holds a degree in Electrical Technology and is a recognized subject matter expert in control panel design, PLC/HMI programming, and industrial automation.
Steve excels in leveraging industry-leading machine vision platforms to deliver precise, scalable solutions. His expertise spans the full lifecycle—from concept and design to programming, installation, and functional testing of custom-built equipment. Whether integrating high-speed inspection systems or optimizing automated workflows, Steve ensures every solution meets rigorous performance and compliance standards.
