Matt has worked integrally alongside his clients, engineering, manufacturing, technical support and quality groups, and has a keen understanding of the way things work from concept design through full-scale manufacturing. While he’s a qualification subject matter expert, his bachelor of science in biochemistry gives him the tools to understand how things are engineered at a high level, which allows him to provide insightful contributions throughout every phase of your project.
Steve Kolb
Steve has been working in the industry for over two decades. With a degree in electrical technology, he is a subject matter expert when it comes to automation and machine vision. Steve possesses a broad understanding of the automation industry including; design, programming, project management, control panel design, PLC/HMI programming and on-site installation and start-up services. He has a high level understanding of industry leading machine vision software and graphical user interface design. His breadth of knowledge allows him to develop and accomplish specific installation and functional testing for custom-designed equipment.
Austin Griffith
Austin has 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis in laboratory sciences and systems. As an accomplished pharmaceutical chemist with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Austin possesses the expertise of quality systems and processes. Austin has worked alongside R&D production quality and scientific systems making him a subject matter expert with a detailed focus on the customer’s needs. SOP development and new equipment training gives him in-depth knowledge of current good manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance.
Deni Lautenschlager
Deni has worked in the industry for over 15 years with hands-on experience beginning with biological process validation. Deni possess a background of developing regulatory documents for antigen specific processes. Her acute attention to detail is supported by a Masters Degree and document development background. Deni works closely with vendors and equipment owners to develop and understand user requirements and qualification strategies.
Mitch Foster
Mitch has 10 years of experience in the animal pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis in single use bioreactor equipment and systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Masters in Business Administration Mitch has acquired the expertise to become a subject matter expert in many aspects of pharmaceutical production process. Mitch has worked in conjunction with production areas of fermentation, virus production, and mab production. Concentration, diafiltration and chromatography experience give Mitch a detailed understanding of downstream operations and systems.
Mitch Schlueter
Mitch has 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on the equipment and filling/packaging process. Mitch is a high-energy, results-oriented individual with an acute focus on the details. He understands both pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical equipment. His Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science enables him to support both validation and automation fields of the pharmaceutical industry. Mitch’s background as a pharmaceutical setup technician gives him hands-on experience with process equipment and a high level of problem-solving skills.
